A double braid rope refers to a braided rope cover over a braided rope core. Basically, it is a rope over another rope. These ropes are flexible and easy to handle. This double braid rope is spliceable. Double braid rope is often called yacht braid and can be made with combinations of fibers or the same fibers.

A great line at a great price, and easily splicable.

Bought this rope for equestrian use and I can see that it will make really nice loop reins, lead lines, mecates and an excellent rope for lunging my horse. Actually it has good feel, weight and flexibility for a variety of uses, but costs far less than what they charge for the rope clinicians use.

I was able to make a lead rope that met my requirements. It looks and feels just like the more expensive ones you see at professional horse clinics but cost a lot less. As soon as my friends see it, I'm guessing they will want me to make them one. yea
