Rope by the foot is listed as 1ft.  This rope will come in a continuous length.  For example, if you ordered 10 feet of rope, you will be shipped 10 continuous feet of rope and not 10, 1ft. pieces.

Rope Construction: Double Braid Polyester

A double braid rope refers to a braided rope cover over a braided rope core. Basically, it is a rope over another rope. These ropes are flexible and easy to handle. This double braid rope is spliceable. Double braid rope is often called yacht braid and can be made with combinations of fibers or the same fibers. **This rope is a soft standard premium double braid polyester

Due to its strength, low stretch, excellent sunlight resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance properties, polyester is a preferred fiber for many natural horse trainers.

    Wish they would burn the ends, but besides that, it has a very night weighted feel, just like expensive clinician tack.

    Works well for horse lead ropes and reins... I will be buying more and would give it 5 stars if it was a little tighter woven.

    I have been making reins, lunge lines and leads for many years. I find this double braid polyester to be one of the best. It has enough weight for what is needed, resists snags and is easy to splice the ends. Recommended highly- great value and great price. The folks at Columbia Basin are wonderful to work with.

    Ordered this for a client that wanted several lead ropes in stable colors (burgandy, black & tan). She loved it and it worked up beautifully.

    Yacht braid for sailboat

    I took a gamble as the price was good and purchased 125' of 9/19" double drain polyester for new genoa sheets on a 38' cruising sailboat. I have not used it that long, but so far I am impressed. The specs are similar to like Sampson Yacht Braid. I purchased all white, but I wished there were other color options like white with various color traces. Price is good, product is good, so I'll be back for more.

    I absolutely love this rope for my halters. I made loping halters and made weighted ends and its working perfect. Would suggest this product to everyone.
