Description

Rope by the foot is listed as 1ft.  This rope will come in a continuous length.  For example, if you ordered 10 feet of rope, you will be shipped 10 continuous feet of rope and not 10, 1ft. pieces.  

Diameter:  5/16"

Approx Tensile Strength:  2,800 lbs.

This is a rope which holds it's form.  A larger diameter rope than most halter cords.  Great for everyday use.

Rope Construction: MFP (Multifilament Polypropylene) Cover/Parallel Filler 

When the core of the rope consists of one or more un-braided fibers running parallel to a braided “cover” the rope can be called a braided cover parallel core rope or cord. Parallel ropes are considered "non-spliceable."

Rope Fibers:  MFP

MFP is often used due to its price point. MFP has good strength, low stretch, and fair resistance to sunlight. It comes in numerous colors and is lighter in weight than polyester or nylon.

    This is a great halter cord. I made 4 knot side pull halters, easy enough to work with. It is firm & holds its shape. If you want the heavier 5/16", this is a great choice

    New to tying halters, I bought this firm cord to challenge myself. I had to redo it several times, but once I got it right, it made a very nice halter. I also like the color choices it is available in.

    I personally love this Halter Cord. It is easy to work with, and the colors are awesome. Would love to see this come in a 1/4" also.
