Rope by the foot is listed as 1ft.  This rope will come in a continuous length.  For example, if you ordered 10 feet of rope, you will be shipped 10 continuous feet of rope and not 10, 1ft. pieces.

5/8" flat braid or ply only rope is often used for dog leashes or loop or split reins for horses.  Great rope at a great price.  MFP stands for multifilament polyproylene.  This rope is hollow in the middle making it easy to splice.

The camo is a perfect complementary color.

A-and, the single-braid makes termination a - uhh - Snap! Great stuff, my only quibble is it tends to get a little fuzzy with time, but what the hey?! It still looks good - I've used a chunk of this for years past.

    shouldnt polyproylene float?

Posted by Unknown on 31st Aug 2017

Since it is listed as a polypropylene fiber I expected it to float. It doesn't. - it should? What color did you order? We do have a polyester in black? Maybe you were sent polyester instead? Please contact us at 509-291-3024 or via email at cbknot@cbknot.com and I will look at your order and make sure you received the correct rope..thx robyn

    Frays a lot!

The dog leash I made with this isn't holding up well. It has frayed a lot and looks fuzzy and tatty.

Good Hollow Core Rope, Great Price

Posted by Jim on 20th Jan 2014

This rope has a loose weave which makes it easy to splice with a fid and also easy on the hands. I only wish there were more colors available.
